Special Assembly Celebrating International Dance Day - 29 April 2026

A special assembly on the occasion of International Dance Day was conducted by the students of Class VII-B for Classes VI to VIII on 29 April 2026. The programme began with great enthusiasm and joy, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the school. The assembly commenced with inspiring thoughts, meaningful quotations, a poem, and an informative speech highlighting the importance of dance as a universal language of expression, culture, and happiness. The students confidently presented their items and made the programme engaging for everyone.

The highlight of the assembly was the colourful dance performance presented by the students, which was enjoyed and appreciated by all. The energetic performance added grace and excitement to the celebration. Parents of Class IV were also invited to the school and they witnessed the entire programme. They appreciated the efforts, confidence, and performances of the students wholeheartedly. During the assembly, prizes were distributed for various Olympiads, NCC achievements, and Teachers’ Awards. The teachers who received awards were highly appreciated for their dedication, sincere efforts, and valuable contribution towards education. Our respected Principal Madam, Aruna Sivaraj, also received prestigious awards. Her remarkable leadership, commitment, and continuous guidance brought great pride and honour to the school. She was welcomed with a big round of applause and heartfelt admiration from all present.
