In celebration of Yoga Day, a special Yoga Session was organized in our school on 5th May to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and mindfulness among students. The event aimed to encourage healthy lifestyle habits and inspire students to make yoga a part of their daily routine.
The celebration began with a brief introduction on the significance of Yoga Day and its role in fostering harmony between the mind and body. Under the guidance of trained instructors, students practiced various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques, focusing on balance, concentration, and relaxation.
Our Principal appreciated the enthusiasm of the students and highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into everyday life for maintaining good health and inner peace. The session concluded with a short meditation, leaving everyone calm, refreshed, and inspired.
The Yoga Day Celebration was a meaningful and enlightening experience, reflecting our school’s commitment to holistic education and overall well-being.
