23rd January 2023, the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose is observed as 'Parakram Diwas'. PM Mr Modi linked the occasion with the board exams by imploring all young students to become 'warriers' and not 'worriers'!

Yoga-cum-meditation sessions
In a world where mental fatigue has become run-of-the-mill, the practice of yoga provides relief, clarity and emotional resilience. We organized a mass yoga session on 10th January 2024 for the students of class VIII, where they learnt that yoga is more than just sitting in silence – it is like a refreshing mental reboot! It inspired them to create mindful spaces, emphasize self-compassion and cultivate a harmonious relationship with themselves and the world around.
