Self Defense Workshop

A self-defence camp was organized on 23 April, 2025 by the Delhi Police Female Cell at Himalaya public senior secondary school to empower female students with essential self-protection skills. The camp aimed to instill confidence and awareness among young girls, equipping them to face challenging situations with courage. Trained officers conducted interactive sessions, teaching practical techniques such as blocking, escaping holds, and responding to threats. The students actively participated and appreciated the importance of mental and physical preparedness. The initiative not only enhanced their confidence but also promoted a sense of safety and independence. It was a valuable step toward women empowerment.
