Visit to Governments Achievement & Schemes Expo 2024

The students of HPS were privileged to visit Governments Achievement and schemes Expo 2024,the biggest show on government Achievements with the concurrent show' International Agriculture and Horti Expo at Pragati Maidan New Delhi on 22 July 2024.Organized by India's most diversified Media Group - NNS, the main objective of the 'Government Achievements & Schemes. Expo' is to bring the government departments, educational institutions, boards, government agencies, financial institutions, autonomous bodies, PSUs etc. on one platform and provide them the opportunity to showcase their achievements, policies, plans and activities.

This year, with special focus on education, many IIMs, NITs, Central Universities, Science & Technology, Education & Skill Development focused departments of the Govt. had already participated as exhibitors in the expo with the aim to reach out to the students, teachers and parents to update them about various opportunities. So, the current edition of the expo was a great source of enriching experience for the students as it had provided an excellent opportunity for the students to know about these Universities and Institutes along with the various ministries, departments of central and state governments from all over India at one single place to understand and choose their future course of action. The students of Himalaya were opportunate enough to be the part of this educational event along with their teachers ,as the school principal Ms .Aruna Sivraj is always eager to grab such opportunities for the upliftment of students knowledge for their bright future not only this the NNS group also payed regard to the school by providing a memento to the teachers who were present on behalf of the school.

On the whole it was an informative and enriching experience for both the students and teachers.
