PATHWAY TO HARMONY

The School of Psychology and Education of Rishihood University organised a day-long series of interesting talks and highly engaging activities as they presented a workshop "PATHWAY TO HARMONY", Sarthi inauguration and Mental heath day celebration, which was attended by the students of classes XI and XII, on 12th October 2023, Thursday.

Many eminent personalities from the field of Psychology were present, each emphasising on the importance of harmony and mental health. "How attitude of gratitude can do wonders" to one's life was also guided. Students were made to visit various labs each one reflecting knowledge and students also participated in various games like memory game, learnt social menage from nukkad natak and were provided with healthy food to rejuvenate themselves. It was indeed a great learning experience for the students.
