Orientation Day (Class VI TO VIII)

"Education makes people easy to lead but difficult to drive; easy to govern, but impossible to enslave" Himalaya Public senior secondary school conducted an Orientation program on 3 May, 2025.

The Parent Orientation Programme for classes VI to VIII, aimed to familiarize parents with the school's policies. It also helps in evolving a common teaching strategy in identifying methods of the learning process. During the session teachers updated parents with the latest examination pattern, rules and regulations and teaching methodologies. Special insights provided regarding Health and Physical Education, Art education and NCC. The Music Department exhibited the talent of students through their dance performances and Song.The queries of the parents were also clarified.Our Principal Ms Aruna Shivraj highlighted the importance of parental involvement in their children's education and emphasized the collaborative effort required between parents and teachers to ensure student success. Parents appreciated the endeavour of the School which has served as an ice breaker laying a wonderful foundation of Parents & School Interaction as co-partners for the success and growth of their children.
