Implementation Plan on Plastic Waste Management & Single Use Plastic

According to circular F.no.DE.40(6)/DDE/Sc.Br./2025/29-34 dated 11-4-2025 by honourable Director rate of education, science, and TV branch about implementation of IEC( information, education, and communication) plan on plastic waste management and single used plastic for the session 2025-26.

Himalaya Public Senior secondary school organised following activity in the month of may

1) pledge taking ceremony, during the special assembly for the classes 6 to 12
2)poster making on waste segregation and discourage use of plastic single use plastic and encourage use of alternatives
3) Essay writing on harmful impact of plastic bags and feasible Alternative alternatives
4) Best out of waste activity

To create awareness among the students on waste management and single use plastic.
