Workshop on Personal Hygiene & Menstrual Health

The Women Safety Committee of Himalaya Public School organised an enlightening workshop on 7 November 2025 for the girl students of Classes VI & VII. Led by Dr. Bharti Nagpal (PGT) and Ms. Saloni Harish (TGT), the session aimed at empowering young adolescents with essential knowledge on puberty, personal hygiene, and menstrual health.
