Teachers' Day

'Your Teacher can open the door
But you must Enter.'

To commemorate the birth of the second President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a philosopher and a great teacher, 5th September every year is celebrated as Teacher's Day. His contribution towards Indian education is undeniable. The Teacher's Day was organised with incredible gusto and zeal by the students of Himalaya Public Senior Secondary School .The students put up an entertaining cultural morning with music, dance and skit.

The Chairman Sir and the Principal ma'am, congratulated the teachers and acknowledged the sincere efforts of every teacher for painstaking effort they selflessly put in every day.

Also, the school was called off a half day, following which the staff was taken for sumptuous lunch organized by management. The staff and teachers thanked the management for making this day unforgettable and enjoyable.

The day was a fiesta devoted entirely to the teachers,with a sense of respect, appreciation, encouragement and support for their dedication to their students. All the teachers applauded overwhelming zeal and enthusiasm of the students for making such a glorious event to cherish forever.
