Baal Sansad

Himalaya Public Senior Secondary School organized Baal Sansad on 27th July, (Thursday)2023.Students of classes VI to VIII participated enthusiastically. It gives a platform to the children to raise their concerns and solutions at the local level to strengthen the understanding and thinking process. It was a great opportunity for the young children to gain experience in democratic process that are directly linked to their lives and needs, and they develop confidence and skill in participation. The program was inaugurated by our Principal Ma'am Aruna Shivraj. Students have performed various roles such as Prime minister, opposition minster , minister of home affairs , minister of environment, finance minister etc. In baal sansad various current topics were discussed during question hour such as inflation in india ,the rising prices of petroleum products and rising price of tomato, Delhi flood ,conservation of environment and so on . Principal ma'am Aruna Shivraj acknowledged the efforts of the students as well as the teachers & appreciated the participants.
