The objective of these activities is to focus on different aspects of growth and age appropriate development of child. For example, effect of right food and nutrition to generate positive energy and influence their learning capacity. Once personal hygiene becomes a part of regular system the child will look forward to having a cleaner environment.

YOGA AND ITS BENEFITS

Develops an attitude to keep the body fit, strong and healthy by doing regular exercises and yoga asanas. Different kinds of asanas ptrotect our body from many diseases.

CONSUMER AWARENESS

Students will be aware about the rights of a consumer like manufacture and expiry date, code, price etc in detail for any market products.

CORRECT POSTURE

They will develop a thorough knowledge of maintaining the correct posture while sitting, studying and standing.

ADULTERATION IN FOOD STUFF

Gives an idea to check adulteration in food stuff specially in oil,milk and ghee.

USE OF PAPER BAGS

Plastic bags are non-biodegradable and harmful for the environment while paper bags are biodegradable and eco friendly. They are encouraged to use paper bags instead of plastic bags.

JUNK FOOD AND ITS EFFECTS

It gives a wide knowledge about the effects of junk food specially stomach infection, heart attack which are risk for life.

AFFORESTATION

Planting of trees are very useful to maintain ecological balance and keeps our surroundings pollution free. It gives fresh air to breathe.

It helps students to feel good about themselves, see their varied strengths and get an understanding and positive feedback on how their peers see them.
